How long will my order take?
Your order will be processed asap and you will receive an email detailing shipping and estimated arrival time. We may contact you regarding shipping of surfboards but we highly recommend getting in tough with our shapers personally. The shapers you find on our site are located all around Australia, so keep in mind shipping can take up to two weeks and longer in some cases.
Who is sending my order?
All surfboards will be sent direct from the shapers to you. We work closely with the shapers on Aquiva Surf to ensure your purchase is delivered on time and in one piece. These guys have been doing this for years, so rest assured, its in good hands. All tee’s, fins, wax and other Aquiva Surf products will be sent from Aquiva, right here in Tasmania.
Do you ship boards world-wide?
No. but we will one day so keep supporting until then and help us go global!
How long does it take to make a custom surfboard?
Custom surfboards can take up to 8 weeks but please allow a little longer as shapers are super busy right now and keep in mind the added time of COVID waits. Contact us for any questions regarding custom surfboards.
Does my shipping include insurance?
Shipping rates and insurance will be quoted and agreed upon before being sent.
What happens if my order is out of stock?
In the unfortunate instance that a product is out of stock you will be refunded the full amount. Custom orders are available across some of our products so a replacement can be made up. You will be contacted with in 24hrs of your purchase.
How can i change my delivery address?
Please send us an email asap with any personal changes to your details. A confirmation email will be sent before board or product is shipped.
Can i pick my board up?
Absolutely! We encourage anyone close enough to pick your order up.
What type of payment do you accept?
We use the pay-pal app plugged into Shopify. You can pay by either entering your credit card info through the secure plug-in or pay using your paypal bank accounts.
Can i make changes to my order after it is placed?
You have 24 hours to make any changes to your order before it is picked and packed.
Can i cancel my order?
Yes. You have 24 hours to cancel your order.
Can i add or remove products on my order once submitted?
Yes, you have 24 hours to make additional purchases or add products to your order.
What is your return policy?
Any returns to Aquiva Surf or its shapers must still be in original packaging with no visible damage and at buyers expense. If product is faulty or not what we said it was then a full refund will be issued if not replaced.
How can i return an item?
All returns to Aquiva Surf or its shapers must be at buyers expense.
What information is collected?
We aren’t after your data. We just want to let you know when we have new stock and other rad stuff. So, we will only collect your name, email and suburb. that's it.
How do you use that information?
Your information will be used for future promotions and offers. We will also let you know when we have new products online and other cool stuff happening in the Aquiva. Opt out at anytime.
