Hi there,

Welcome to Aquiva Surf!

Aquiva is a hangout for humans of the ocean. Born from casual coastal living and a passion for all crafts related. Aquiva is an online surf hub for those chasing salty vibes.

Aquiva Surf was created to share my love of surfboards, surfboard fins, art and music. I build surfboards under the name Faze Surfboards but wanted a platform to talk about and share the shapes, designs, ideas and passions of others. This site will be jam packed full of information to help you discover the perfect board or equip you with the knowledge to better understand how and why a surfboards performs.

Aquiva Art

The artwork found on Aquiva is a selection by friends that I have met through surfing or music. I am simply just helping expose some of these talented people that I really dig by sharing their amazing work. Updated on the regular and if you would like to be featured, shoot me an email.

Our involvement with Tassie surfing.

Aquiva Surf started in Tasmania and we still have strong ties with the people and clubs of Tassie. We are stoked to be proud sponsors of the Southarm Boardriders Club. A strong local club that has some really amazing talent in the likes of Marti Paradisis and young guns like Toby Lawrence and Noah Hasset. The guys put together a strong team each year for the Australian Boardriders Battle state rounds and are hard to beat Taking out the last 5 events.

Aquiva X Vissla

Over the last 5 years we have worked with Vissla to bring the surfboard shaping experience to festivals across Tasmania including the North West Boardriders annual board expo and the Bicheno Food and Wine Festival. We constructed a portable shaping bay with windows to allow the public to view the process a shaper takes to build a beautiful surfboard.

Shapers that have stepped into the box include:

Nick Stranger (TAS)

Darcy Day (VIC)

Daniels Surfboards - Luke Daniels (NSW)

Serpent Sleds - Andrew Mooney (NSW)

Seymonster Shapes - Seymour Tunball-Biggs (TAS)

Faze Surf Designs (TAS)

Aquiva Surf is now located on the Gold Coast in Coolangatta. We ship Australia wide and if you would like to get in touch about one of our surfboards or anything else, hit us up at:
